Delivery information
Here is a summary of our delivery information. If anything is unclear please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Delivery will be £100 plus VAT (£120)
All deliveries for cabinets will be made by our own transport and delivery driver.
Free delivery on door samples and accessories.
Orders can be collected from our factory if preferred. Please select (collect from factory) at checkout stage.
We deliver nationwide covering England and Wales only.
Once the order is placed, we will contact you 2 weeks prior to delivery to confirm an exact delivery day.
We use one delivery driver and ask for a strong able bodied person to be the other end to help unload.
A drivers mate can be provided for an additional charge of £100 + VAT.
We are only insured to deliver to ground floor properties only, if delivery is required to a higher floor (ie flats) the customer must arrange for this to be taken care of by others.
If for any reason a delivery is agreed and nobody is there to accept it on the day. The order will be returned to the factory for storage and another date will be organised incurring an additional delivery charge.

Is it a 2-man delivery?
No, it is not, there must be an able-bodied person to help our driver unload.
Is it only curb side delivery?
No, it’s not, however we will only deliver ground floor.
When will I know when my delivery is coming?
You will be notified by email 2 weeks prior; you will also be called an hour before your slot by our driver.
Can I collect from the factory?
Yes, you can, during our factory opening hours 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Should I inspect my order when I receive it?
Yes, damages need to be reported within 48 hours.
Do you deliver your own kitchens?
Yes, we use our own transport (unless otherwise arranged), small items will be delivered by courier.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We only deliver to mainland England and Wales.
